9. oktoobril hakkas Eesti kinodes jooksma lühifilmide kassett "Lennud unes ja ilmsi", mis sisaldab nelja lühifilmi.
Teiste hulgas on ka Kinoonude stsenaristikalaagrist läbi käinud "Liblikmees", mille lavastas Edina Csüllög. Film põhineb Mehis Heinsaare novellil ja selle on adapteerinud Urmas Nimetu.
Pikalt haudunud stsenaarium osales Nisi Masa stsenaristika töötoas (2010) ning idee võitis ajaloo esimese Baltic Pitching Forumi (2013).

The Baltic Pitching Forum 2015
The Baltic Pitching Forum will be held in Vilnius from October 9th-10th 2015 as a part of the 10th International Short Film Festival Vilnius Film Shorts.
Consisting of training and pitching, the event aims to set up a place for short filmmakers situated in the Baltic countries to present their new projects whilst sharing common issues and knowledge, exchanging experience and good practices, developing artistic ideas and increasing contacts. The event will also encourage them to attract active European producers, TV commissioners, film fun representatives, VoD and festival programmers and distributors.
The Forum will consist of one-day pitching training and one-day pitching sessions of selected projects alongside one-to-one meetings with film professionals from all over Europe. During the forum one project will be selected by the international panel to travel to the European Short Film Co-production Forum Euro Connection, which will be part of the 41st Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival held at the beginning of 2016. The same panel will also choose a project to take part in the European Short Pitch which will take place in 2016.
BPF is open to Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian based film directors and producers, or Baltic born producers and directors based in another country. They will be expected to have finished at least one short film project and to be currently developing a new project which is a fiction or animation short film no longer than 30 min. and oriented to an international audience. Three project from each participating country will be selected to the Baltic Pitching Forum. The application deadline is the 1st of August.

European Short Pitch is back for its ninth edition. Writers, directors and producers can apply for the initiative that helps people with the development of international short film projects.
European Short Pitch is an initiative aimed at promoting the European coproduction of short films. It combines a scriptwriting workshop in residency and a coproduction forum bringing together scriptwriters and industry professionals from all over Europe.
Selected on the basis of their short film projects, 20 European talents gather to discuss, rewrite, and learn to promote their stories on a European level with the support of 5 tutors. They eventually pitch their projects in front of a panel of 55 producers, financers, buyers, and distributors.
European Short Pitch is composed of a scriptwriting workshop in residency, a coproduction forum, and an on-line session in between:
- The scriptwriting workshop in residency will take place from the 5th till the 11th of January 2015 in Poznan, Poland.
- The on-line session (from 12th of January till 25th of February 2015) represents an opportunity for participants to rewrite their scripts following the scriptwriting workshop, and to get up to two feedback sessions from their tutors.
- The coproduction forum will take place from the 5th till the 9th of March 2015 (Place to be Confirmed)

"Liblikmees" Clermont-Ferrandis
4. veebruaril tõuseb Euroopa lühifilmitööstuse tähelepanu keskpunkti Urmas Nimetu kirjutatav stsenaarium "Liblikmehe" stsenaarium, kui seda mainekal Clermont-Ferrandi festivalil esitlevad režissöör Edina Csüllög ja produtsent Kristo Jürmann (Exitfilm).
Stsenaariumi aluseks on Mehis Heinsaare allegooriline lühijutt, mis räägib Anselmist, kes soovib saada suureks mustkunstnikuks, kuid kes põeb kummalist haigust - kõige emotsionaalsematel hetkedel eraldub ta kehast liblikaid. Heinsaarele omaselt on filmist fantaasia ühendatud reaalsega, mõistukõne otsekõnega.
Mõte sellest loost filmi teha on ringi ekselnud paar head aastat. 2010ndal viisid Urmas Nimetu ja Edina Csüllög idee Prantsusmaal ja Rumeenias toimunud areanguslaagrisse European Short Pitch, kus stsenaarium tublisti kosus, kuid ikka ei tundnud end piisavalt küpselt, et filmitud saada.
Eelmisel suvel leidis stsenaarium Tsiistre laagris uue hingamise. Sealt viis tee teda Vilniuse filmifestivali Baltic Pitching Forumile, kus see žüriile nii väga meeldis, et nad ta Clermont-Ferrandi maailma ühele suurimaid lühifilmide festivalile saatsid.
Nüüd tuleb "Liblikmehel" esineda kõrvuti 15 teise väljavalitud ideega Euroopa filmiprodutsentide ees, et nende hulgast endale kosilasi valida.

Stsenaariumilaagris arendatud idee sai kutse Clermont-Ferrandi
Okt. 31, 2013 Tartu Loomemajanduskeskuse tegutsevad filmitegijad saavutasid kahel rahvusvahelisel konkursil edu: Torontos toimunud dokumentaalfilmide festivalil EstDocs sai lühifilmikonkursil esikoha Aleksandr Kheyfets filmi „Kasvatades Itit“ eest, Vilniuses toimunud Baltimaade lühifilmiprojektide esitlusel Baltic Pitching Forum sai kõige suurema potentsiaaliga idee tunnustuse Edina Csüllögi lühifilmiprojekt "Liblikmees", millele kirjutab stsenaariumi Urmas Nimetu.
EstDocs on eestlaste dokumentaalfilmide festival ja konkurss Torontos, mis on avatud nii professionaalsetel filmitegijatele kui ka harrastajatele. Festivali missiooniks on pakkuda ülevaadet Eesti ajaloost, poliitikast, kunstist, kultuurist ja sotsiaalsetest aspektidest. Seekordse konkursi teemaks oli "Üks Eesti – mitu lugu“.

Sel aastal Tartu Loomemajanduskeskusega liitunud Aleksandr Kheyfetsil ja tema ettevõttel Taiga Film on käsil veel mitu dokumentaalfilmi. Näiteks on koostöös Jaak Kilmiga Pimikust tootmises "Force Majeure. Riga", mille tellijaks on sihtasutus Riia 2014. Tegemisel on Tartu tänavakunsti kõige kuulsamat pahapoissi Edward von Lõngust portreteeriv dokumentaalfilm ning arenduses on Kiur Aarma produtseeritud dokumentaalfilm „Teeme ära“ Vahemere koristuskampaaniast.
Vilniuses toimunud Baltimaade lühifilmiprojektide esitlusel Baltic Pitching Forum sai Edina Csüllögi lühifilmiprojekt "Liblikmees" tunnustuse kui kõige suurema potentsiaaliga idee ning kutse Clermont-Ferrandi rahvusvahelisele lühifilmide festivalile esindama Balti filmitööstust. Filmile kirjutab Mehis Heinsaare samanimelise proosateksti alusel stsenaariumi üks projekti algataja Urmas Nimetu Tartu Loomemajanduskeskuse ettevõttest Plank Film. Filmilugu „Liblikmees“ põhineb kirjanik Mehis Heinsaare lühijutul, mis räägib mehest, kellest eraldub liblikaid iga kord, kui teda valdavad äärmuslikud emotsioonid. Baltic Pitching Forum, mis on osa Vilnius Film Shorts filmifestivalist, toimus 11.–12. oktoobril Vilniuses. Kokku tulid Eesti, Läti ja Leedu filmitegijad, et tutvustada ekspertidele oma uusi lühifilmiprojekte.
Tartu Loomemajanduskeskuses filmikompaniid Plank Film käivitav Urmas Nimetu sõnul keskendub Plank Film teravate ja terviklike filmilugude loomisele. „Lisaks "Liblikmehele" valmistame praegu ette üht dokumentaalfilmi ja üht interaktiivset lühifilmi,“ täpsustas Urmas Nimetu.

Foorumit korraldatakse Vilniuse lühifilmide festivali raames esimest korda. Toimuvad töötoad ja projektide tutvustamised rahvusvahelisele produtsentide seltskonnale. Igast Balti riigist valiti programmis osalema 3 projekti.
"Liblikmees" räägib noorest mehest Anselmist, kes tahab saada mustkunstnikuks, kuid kes kahjuks põeb harvaesinevat haigust - suurte emotsioonide ajal hakkab ta keha eraldama liblikaid. Filmi aluseks on Mehis Heinsaare samanimeline lugu, mida kirjutab stsenaariumiks Urmas Nimetu. Filmi režissöör on Edina Csüllög, produtsent Peeter Urbla.
